Arthur Soh of SWEE LEE Music specified Robe moving lights for a presentation stage on the top floor of the Orchard Cine Leisure complex in Orchard Road, one of Singapore’s busiest and best known thoroughfares.

The top floor - E2Max - is dedicated to the pursuit of internet games. The whole building consists of 9 floors packed with entertainment, gaming opportunities and cinemas.

The E2Max stage, sponsored by Motorola, is in the corner of the floor and is used for special promotions. There's very little headroom, so Arthur specified 4 Robe Spot 160 XT fixtures and a Robe Cyber Control PC controller.

“The Spot 160 was ideal for the application” says Arthur, who has used Robe in several other installations which also included an installation on board a Cruise recently. He says that they fitted the space and have plenty of features and options in terms of their lighting and projection capabilities.

Down on the 5th floor, Kilroy Lim of AIXZ International(S) specified in the Cinema ticketing hall, a Robe Spot 250 XT and a Spot 160 XT which are used to project gobos around the walkways and ticket queuing space, add a bit of pizzazz and fun and to generally enhance the atmosphere.

“Robe is also ideal for this because it is so reliable” adds Kilroy .... 'The lights on the 5th floor are turned on all the time when the building is open, so I needed tough hardwearing lights, and once again, Robe was the perfect choice".
