Barcelona based lighting designer Ezequiel Gomez has enjoyed working on Spanish Singer David Bisbal’s latest “Hijos del Mar” tour which has already played Spain and Latin America and is poised for more of the same in 2018. He chose Robe for the majority of the moving lights with Spiiders, Pointes and LEDWash 300s as key fixtures on the rig.

AIG 100 Event Dazzles with Robe

A special Afrikaans is 100 Jaar Groot (Afrikaans celebrates 100 Years) centenary concert was staged at the DHL Stadium in Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa, a magical location with breathtaking views of Table Mountain in the background. Produced by Coleske Artists and featuring over 30 special collaborations by leading Afrikaans artists, it marked 100 years of the Afrikaans language being officially recognised, highlighting its diversity, rich linguistic heritage and multicultural origins in the Cape. The event sold out in a single morning.

Anirudh In The RoboSpot Light in Chennai

Indian superstar Anirudh recently played an incendiary homecoming show as the grand finale to his “Hukum” world tour, staged at a special site in Kuvathur on the East Coast Road (ECR) in Chennai, India, complete with a spectacular lighting design by Bala Subramanya (Vinod), Albin Biju and Guru Somayaji from Bangalore-based design studio, 369 Design Lab.
