Aalborg Theatre is in the heart of Denmark’s attractive fourth largest city’s old town area. Established in 1878, it has a rich and colourful history and is known as a ‘heavyweight’ on the Danish theatre scene. This long standing critical fortitude was further advanced with the arrival of Hans Henriksen as artistic director in 2015, who had several key objectives including one to make the production programme more dynamic, cutting-edge and accessible.

Robe Blinds Friedrichstadt-Palast with Delight

One of Berlin’s most iconic venues, the Friedrichstadt-Palast, AKA Palast Berlin, a revue theatre in the city’s Mitte district, has made a substantial investment in Robe moving lights to help facilitate its newly launched Grand Show production, BLINDED by DELIGHT, created by Oliver Hoppmann, complete with a vibrant new lighting design by Chris Moylan of Sunrise Studios.

Det Norske Teatret Tops Up with Robe ESPRITES

Det Norske Teatret, one of Oslo’s liveliest and most influential theatres, has topped up the quantities of Robe ESPRITE moving lights for its 250-capacity flexible Scene 2 performance space, with the purchase of 11 x ESPRITE Profiles, which join the 15 x ESPRITE PCs acquired in 2022.

Rakvere Theatre Expands LED Range with Robe

Rakvere Theatre is a thriving arts and live performance hot spot in the attractive, compact and culturally significant northeastern Estonian city of Rakvere, around 100 kilometres east of capital Tallinn. Robe Helps Spin Skulerevyen at Det Vestnorske Teateret

Lighting designer Jon Eirik Sira thought outside the box when tackling an interesting visual conundrum for Det Vestnorske Teateret in Bergen’s recent and acclaimed production of Skulerevyen (School Review). The show was a raw, visceral, no-nonsense take on the issue of violence in schools through the decades, peppered with wit, dark humour and stark truths, billed as “The revue for those who have survived school!”
